Each ger runs a weekly sale. You order what you want during the open window. Nothing is charged until the sale closes. When a producer's minimum is reached, your order is confirmed; if it is not, that part is cancelled and you are not charged.

Yes. While the sale is open you can adjust quantities or remove items from your cart. You can also cancel a confirmed order before pickup day, as long as the sale has not been settled. See our cancellation and refund policy.

There is no minimum for you as a member. Each producer sets their own minimum so the trip is worth making. You will see progress toward that minimum on the product page.

You collect at the pickup point you ordered from — a ger, a khoroo local, or a corner in an independent shop — on its distribution day and time. The day, the time and a map are shown on your order page, along with a short pickup code.

No. There is no home delivery. The driver goes from the producer to the pickup point, and stops there. You collect at the point.

Only when that producer's weekly minimum is reached. Below it, their lines are cancelled and nobody is charged — nobody drives for an empty basket. When the minimum is met, the producer brings the goods themselves (they then keep 80 %) or a driver groups the trip to the point (producer 70 %, driver 10 %). Drivers work from the driver desk.

Tell your host as soon as you can. Because the food is fresh and ordered against real demand, a missed pickup cannot always be refunded. We will always try to find a fair solution, see refunds.

Never before a sale closes. You are only charged for items whose producer minimum was reached and whose order was confirmed.

Demo payment. QPay (the usual Mongolian pay) will take the real payment when the merchant account is live.

If a producer's minimum is not reached, that part of your order is cancelled and not charged. Other refund situations are covered in our refund policy.

Go to the forgot password page, enter your email, and we will send you a secure link to choose a new one. The link is valid for one hour.

On your account page you can set your district or use your location. We then show what is available near you across the site.

Yes. Contact us and we will remove your account and personal data, keeping only what the law requires us to retain for past orders. See the privacy policy.

Create an account as a producer, or read become a producer. You set your prices, your minimums, and what you offer for each sale.

If you are not a chain and not a franchise, you can rent a small corner as a pickup point. Members order online and collect on the day. Only products made in Mongolia by named herders and artisans. Rules: shop corner and the terms.

Create a driver account from Drive. You go producer → pickup point only, never to the home. On the desk each trip shows the amount you earn (10 %) and a map of the run. Claim it, mark picked up, then delivered at the point.

Open the aimag office. Choose the province, write your official name, paste a YouTube link of your own film, and publish. We do not invent a name or a speech. Call the producers you know and send them your tracked sign-up link from the office — they write their own names when they join.
