Host a pickup point
A ger, a khoroo local, or a corner in an independent Ulaanbaatar shop. Members order online and collect on the day.
Three kinds of pickup
A ger
A community ger or a family ger. A place the neighbourhood already walks through.
A khoroo local
A ground-floor room, a courtyard, a small hall. A fixed address and a fixed day.
An independent shop corner
A shop in Ulaanbaatar that is not a chain. A small rented corner, Mongolia-made products only.
A few hours a week
About 3 hours, Friday 17–19 (or Saturday morning at a ger).
Example: a ₮200,000 sale → ₮20,000 for you (10 %).
What the host does
- Find a place. A fixed address, a day, a time slot.
- Invite nearby herders and makers. Approve their offers.
- Open the weekly sale online. Members order.
- Only producers who reached their minimum come. The others are cancelled, nobody is charged.
- On distribution day you receive the goods and hand them over. You do not buy the stock.
Your working space on the site is My pickup point, after you log in as a host. Sales, the preparation list and your members live there.
Shop corner — the rules
Not a chain, not a franchise. Mongolia-made only. Members order online and collect on the day.
- The shop is in Ulaanbaatar and independent (no national chain, no foreign franchise).
- A small corner: a counter, a shelf, a table on distribution day. You are not converting the whole shop.
- Only products made in Mongolia by named herders and artisans. No imports, no wholesale resale.
- You do not buy to resell. You are the pickup point: order online, collect on the day.
- Split: producer 70 %, you 10 %, driver 10 %, platform 10 %. If the producer brings the goods themselves, driver 0 and producer 80 %.
