Ordering
How does a sale work?
Each ger runs a weekly sale. You order what you want during the open window. Nothing is charged until the sale closes. When a producer's minimum is reached, your order is confirmed; if it is not, that part is cancelled and you are not charged.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. While the sale is open you can adjust quantities or remove items from your cart. You can also cancel a confirmed order before pickup day, as long as the sale has not been settled. See our cancellation and refund policy.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum for you as a member. Each producer sets their own minimum so the trip is worth making. You will see progress toward that minimum on the product page.
Pickup
Where and when do I pick up?
You collect at the ger-relay you ordered from, on its distribution day and time. The day, the time and a map are shown on your order page, along with a short pickup code.
Do you deliver to my home?
No. Manai Ger works on pickup only. Collecting at the ger is what keeps prices fair and the community real. We do not run home delivery.
What if I miss the pickup?
Tell your host as soon as you can. Because the food is fresh and ordered against real demand, a missed pickup cannot always be refunded. We will always try to find a fair solution, see refunds.
Payment
When am I charged?
Never before a sale closes. You are only charged for items whose producer minimum was reached and whose order was confirmed.
How can I pay?
Payment runs through QPay, the standard in Mongolia. During the current preview some payment steps may be in demo mode while we finish the live integration.
How do refunds work?
If a producer's minimum is not reached, that part of your order is cancelled and not charged. Other refund situations are covered in our refund policy.
Your account
I forgot my password.
Go to the forgot password page, enter your email, and we will send you a secure link to choose a new one. The link is valid for one hour.
How do I set my pickup area?
On your account page you can set your district or use your location. We then show what is available near you across the site.
Can I delete my account or data?
Yes. Contact us and we will remove your account and personal data, keeping only what the law requires us to retain for past orders. See the privacy policy.
Producers and hosts
I produce food. How do I sell here?
Create an account as a producer, or read become a producer. You set your prices, your minimums, and what you offer for each sale.
