Eat better, eat fair.

• The herder and the grower should keep most of what their work is worth.
• Food should travel a short way and arrive with a face attached.
• We follow the seasons - the white-food summer, the red-meat winter - and never promise what the land cannot give.
• The ger is the meeting place. Trade is also a moment of connection.
