What we take, how decisions are made, and what we do with your data. If you have to trust us with your food and your money, you deserve to see how it works.
What we charge, and why
Manai Ger keeps a service margin on each confirmed order. It covers the platform, payment processing, the organisation of pickup days, and support for hosts and producers. The producer keeps the large majority of the price. We do not add a hidden markup on top of the producer's price, and we do not earn more when prices go up, the producer does.
How prices are set
Producers set their own prices and their own minimum orders. We do not negotiate them down. If a price seems high or low, it reflects the producer's real cost and choice, not a number we imposed.
How decisions are made
Manai Ger is built with the network of hosts and producers, not above it. Major changes to fees, rules or the pickup model are explained before they take effect, and we listen to the people running gers on the ground. Our aim is a commerce that serves its community, so the community has a say in how it runs.
What we measure
We track the things that tell us whether the model is working: how much of each sale reaches producers, how many orders are confirmed versus cancelled, and how the network grows. We publish the headline figures in our impact report and keep the methodology plain.
Your data
We collect only what an account and an order need: your name, contact details, address and order history. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers. The full detail is in our privacy policy and cookie policy.
Where we still fall short
This is a young project. Some things are not finished: deeper reporting, full translations, and audited impact figures will come as the network grows. We would rather tell you what is missing than pretend it is done.
