Хөвсгөл - Aimag centre: Mörön
The northern taiga around lake Khövsgöl, which holds most of Mongolia's fresh water. Yak and cattle herding dominate the valleys, the Tsaatan people herd reindeer in the forest, and the lake yields fish.
